Deb Voltz serves as Director of Membership/ CM with the Cook County Farm Bureau®, a position she’s held since February 2022. Deb started with the Farm Bureau in January 2009 serving in role of Membership Assistant and then Coordinator, Member Engagement / Commodities & Marketing Team. In her role, she directs the membership team in membership activities in serving members, farmers, the public and works closely with Country Financial and Illinois Farm Bureau® staff, and our partnership with the U of I Extension Master Gardener Help Desk Program. Voltz also staffs the Commodities and Marketing Team, directing activities, programs, and events to assist farmer members.
Voltz received a B.A. in Industrial-Organizational HR Management and received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate while working in human resources, prior to joining the Farm Bureau.
An avid exerciser, Voltz and her husband Paul enjoy hiking, traveling, long road trips and spending time with their 3 grown children and their families.
