Recipe of the MonthCream of Cauliflower or Broccoli Soup
- 6 c water
- 10 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 ribs of celery (cut up)
- 1 c onion (cut up)
- 1 t. salt
- ¼ t pepper
- ½ t garlic powder
- 8 c fresh cauliflower or broccoli (cut up)
Boil above ingredients until tender, about 15 minutes.
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c milk
- 8 T flour
- 2 c heavy cream
