2024 Summer Internship Opportunities

College-aged students are encouraged to apply for the Agriculture in the Classroom Summer Internship program.  This exciting, paid internship is based in Countryside and does require some travel.  Interns will create and present food and farm programs to youth in Cook County as well as assist with the planning and organization of Farm Bureau’s Summer Teacher Professional Development Agricultural Institute. 

Interns will be selected through an interview process and a short lesson/presentation of an agricultural topic.  Interested students are encouraged to complete an application and send a resume, academic transcriptions and references.
