Parmesan Roasted TomatoesAurora Sanchez, Frankfort
Ingredients
6 fresh tomatoes
1 T olive oil
Pinch salt & pepper
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice tomatoes and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange on a cookie sheet and top them with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
