  • 5 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 1-2 clove garlic minced
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves chopped or torn
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 t balsamic vinegar
  • Grated asiago cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 loaf French bread sliced thin and toasted



Place chopped tomatoes in a bowl, mix all ingredients with tomatoes. Top on toasted bread and sprinkle with cheese.
