Ingredients
- 6 c water
- 10 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 ribs of celery (cut up)
- 1 c onion (cut up)
- 1 t. salt
- ¼ t pepper
- ½ t garlic powder
- 8 c fresh cauliflower or broccoli (cut up)
Directions
Boil above ingredients until tender, about 15 minutes. In saucepan melt 1 stuck butter; stir in 8 tbsp. flour and 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of heavy cream. Optional: ¼ lb of American cheese added gives good flavor.
