Marinated Asparagus Salad – 1998

2 c cooked asparagus pieces

1 sm red onion, thinly sliced

1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Italian salad dressing

Combine all ingredients with enough salad dressing to moisten well.  Stir gently, cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving. Makes 5 serving.
