Fried Corn | Dadant & Sons, Inc

4 T butter

¼ c local honey

fresh corn, cut from the cob 

salt & pepper

Melt butter in skillet; placecut corn in skillet and stir.  Pour honey over corn and continue frying until honey and butter combine to make a syrup. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
