Country Financial ranked No.1 home insurer
J.D. Power recently named COUNTRY Financial as the national leader in the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Home Insurance Study. The insurance and financial provider, with offices in 19 states, topped all other homeowner insurers in client satisfaction in the study.

Power study because it’s a testament to the work we have done to create a great experience for our clients,” said COUNTRY Financial Chief Experience Officer Andrea Thorpe. “And it doesn’t stop here. The U.S. Home Insurance Study surveyed more than 8,700 clients on five factors of overall client satisfaction: interaction, policy offerings, price, billing processes and policy information, and claims. The study found the top drivers that influence a client’s decision to renew their homeowner’s insurance with an existing provider are good client experience, reputation, and convenience.
