Ingredients
½ c pine nuts
1/8 c Brazil nuts
2 T minced garlic
½ t chili powder
3 c chopped fresh basil
1 c extra virgin olive oil
2/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Place the basil in a blender. Pour in about 1Tbsp of the oil and blend into a paste. Gradually add pine nuts, Brazil nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, chili powder, and remaining oil. Continue to blend until smooth.
