Recipe of the Month Marinated Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
2 c fresh asparagus pieces, cooked to desired doneness
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 or 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Italian salad dressing of choice
Directions
Combine all with enough salad dressing to moisten well. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving. Makes 5 servings.
