4 T butter

Fresh corn cut from cob

¼ cup local honey

Salt & pepper


Melt butter in skillet; cut corn from fresh cob and place in skillet and sir. Pour honey over corn and continue frying until honey and butter combine to make a syrup. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
