Kim operates a commercial beekeeping business which produces local honey, raises Queens, and rescues bees. She is joined by Pete Soltesz, President of CookDupage Beekeepers Association, one of the largest bee clubs in the Midwest. Kim and Pete are experts on what works locally in our Northern Illinois/Chicago area counties.
