Community Urban Garden Grant Program
COOKFRESH COMMUNITY URBAN GARDEN GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION
- Supplemental funding to community gardens to be used for plantings, seeds, garden supplies and materials, in Cook County.
- Six (6) awards of $350.00 each will be granted to community gardens in Cook County; grant funds must be used at a CCFB member business.
- Grant application date deadline is February 28, 2022 11:59 pm; all garden applicants will be notified of awards mid-March 2022.
