Knead to Know: How Agriculture Feeds Your Sourdough
Join us for an immersive sourdough prep experience where flour, fermentation, and farming come together. You’ll get your hands dusty as you learn how to build and care for a sourdough starter, taste a range of beautifully baked sourdough breads, and take home recipes you’ll actually want to bake again. Along the way, we’ll dig into what makes great sourdough great—from the wheat in the field to the flour in your bowl – and how agricultural choices influence flavor, texture, and aroma in every loaf.
